It does NOT work for Source Mods!This guide is mostly destined about how to install my mods (, and ), but the procedure should also work with other mods. I will tech you here how to install Eventscripts, est4css and Source Python extension.
Note that not every mods require those addons, there are a lot of mods which only need Eventscripts so you don't need to install everything!So before starting, you are probably in one of the four situation described right bellow:. 1. You don't know anything about what is Eventscripts or even how to install a mod. Your server is completly empty. 2. You already have Eventscripts, but not est4css or Source Python extension. 3.
You already have all what is required to run the mods (then why the hell are you here?!). 4. You want to win the jackpot and then buy 36 cars, 10 houses, yatchs, a lot of CSS servers and of course; VALVE!!NOTE: If you are in the fourth situation, then you may know that you are not the only one.INSTALLING A MOD ON AN EMPTY SERVER. 1. Download, and. 2. Once you have downloaded all of them, you will find in each one a folder named addons and optionnaly annother one named cfg.
Extract those folders into the folder cstrike of your server. 3. Create (or edit) a file named autoexec.cfg which must be located in the folder cstrike/cfg of your server, add these lines into:mattieeventscripts 1eventscriptssubdirectory eventsesload estinit. 4.Oh yeah now the server should be able to hold up the mod you want:D. 5.Download the mod and extract everything you will find in the folder cstrike into your server.
6.Type esload thenameofyourmod in the console and ENJOY THE BLOODY RAMPAGE.

Here's how to do it. Head into your Counter-Strike: Source player file directory, normally located here: C:Program FilesValveSteamSteamAppsCounter-Strike: Source cstrikematerialsmodelsplayer. Within the 'player' file, create eight empty files with the following names, one for each of the terrorist and counter-terrorist models: ctgign, ctgsg9, ctsas, cturban, tarctic, tguerilla, tleet, and tphoenix. When you download and unzip a skin, it's likely that you'll see a 'materials', 'player' or 'model' file, drag and drop these into your Counter-Strike: Source materials folder to merge the files and install the skin.With skins like the Death Avenger, you'll get a tarctic file, replace the tarctic file you've created with the new one and you're away.

Casual TerroristThe skin is another mod of the ever-popular Arctic Terrorist model. It's a well made, understated take on your typical Counter-Strike terrorist. The hoodie and jeans combo might seem less glamorous than the Bank Robber, but it's great if you want to hold on to Counter-Strike's sense of realism. Bank RobberIf the Death Avenger skin is about making you look like a Bond villain, the Bank Robber skin is about making you look like Bond himself, if Bond decided to give up his life as an international man of mystery and rob a liquor store instead. The look is borrowed directly from great heist movies like Heat, which prove that you can be a cold-blooded, sadistic murderer, but still look classy in a sharp suit. The skin is so detailed that you can even see the time on his Rolex.
