Acer Multimedia Card Reader Driver Windows 7
I bought an Acer Aspire series laptop with authorized windows 7 home premium. Everything worked fine.Windows 10 was offered as a free upgrade. Post the upgrade the SD card reader is not working. Tried the standard hacks like unhiding device folders, installing the realtek sd card reader driver etc. Nothing works.The USB device reader works fine and the flash drives open. I purchased a USB extender with multiple USB ports and multiple SD / SDHC and micro SD card reader slots. Even the Extender is not recognized by windows 10.Not sure why none of the community provided support responses work!!!
