The Dalton Warblers have been exposed for using perfomance enhancing and disqualified from Regionals, so it's up to the New Directions to take back their former glory and in order to do that they need to raise funds. After finding out about his dismal SAT scores Sam hones in on the importance of his body, until Blaine leads the way in getting everyone to tell him something good about himself. Rachel is offered the part of a woman with Alzheimer's in a student, but the part requires going topless and she has a raging debate between her new self and her old self. Kurt is completely against the nudity, but Brody is all for it.

In the end Rachel decides it just isn't worth it, and in a small aside Santana is starting to see that New York might just be her speed.
